‘History is calling’: add your name to the historians’ open letter supporting the Uluru Statement and the Voice

This has been received from the University of New South Wales Indigenous Law Centre over the signatures of Professor Megan Davis, Aunty Pat Anderson AO and Professor Clare Wright OAM. We pass it on with our full support. HH

With the count down on to the Voice referendum, there is a great opportunity to be part of history.

Add your name to an open letter with other leading historians across the country, supporting the Uluru Statement from the Heart and a First Nations Voice.

The more of us who put our name to the letter, the more impact we can have.

We are hoping to collect as many names as possible by the end of next week and then plan to release the open letter via media in the coming weeks to lend some weight to the momentum for yes.

There are other ways to get involved too. These include:

  • Grabbing a History is Calling t-shirt to proudly wear your support
  • Displaying a History Is Calling yard sign
  • Displaying a History is Calling sticker on your car or laptop, and
  • Donating to the Uluru Dialogue to support our work.

You can also sign up to our e-news to keep updated about the campaign and follow and share on our socials. We’d love you to tag us wearing your tee! #ulurustatement #historyiscalling

We appreciate your support as we move towards this historic vote.
