Survey of 60 or so academic experts, 2020 and 2010. Sets out criteria (longevity, achievements, management of party, relations with electorate) and ranks Curtin first, followed by Hawke, Deakin, Chifley, Menzies, Keating, Whitlam, Fisher, Howard, Barton. Also the duds (Abbott and McMahon). Gillard in the middle ranks. Rudd and Turnbull lower. Morrison looks like being a dud.
