Death of distinguished military historian, Professor Jeffrey Grey of UNSW Canberra

Honest History records with sadness the death last week of Professor Jeffrey Grey of the Australian Centre for the Study of Armed Conflict and Society, Australian Defence Force Academy School of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of New South Wales Canberra. Professor Grey died on 26 July at the age of 57. Honest History extends condolences to Professor Grey’s family and colleagues. A service for Professor Grey will be held in Canberra on Friday, 5 August.

Professor Grey was President of the Society for Military History, which has set up a tribute page.
