The National Capital Authority is running some information sessions on the War Memorial project

Update 24 August 2021: how to make a submission that might be noticed.

Update 23 August 2021: a review of the information sessions.

***

The National Capital Authority is running three information sessions next week at the National Library in Canberra. They will address the three Main Works Packages of the Memorial redevelopment. The architects will be answering questions.

Details of the sessions. You don’t have to be there in person but will still need to register. Earlier post.

Heritage Guardians signed up for each session and got this in reply:

Thank you for registering for the Australian War Memorial Public Information Session [name of session]

The session is being held in the Theatre at the National Library.

During the session we will be taking questions via slido. If you would like to ask a question you can do so by clicking here.

You can also visit slido.com and enter the event code [for session].

Please note we will also be live streaming the session via our [NCA] website.

A reminder: if you are feeling unwell please stay home.

Thank you.

Note that you can send questions in (about 130 characters or 28 words max, so you can’t afford to be wordy). We have sent three questions in and are waiting to see if they make the cut. It’s a bit like Q&A.

There’s also live streaming.

We’ll see how it runs and post additional comments, if necessary.
